State Route 152 Volta Avenue Intersection Control Project
Project Description
Implement Intersection Control Improvement at the intersection of State Route (SR) 152/Volta Rd, about two miles west of the City of Los Banos, in Merced County to reduce collsions. The Intersection Control Analysis was completed during the project planning phase which included input from local partners such as the City of Los Banos, Merced County, and MCAG resulted in an agreement that a roundabout would be the most suitable solution to fulfill the purpose and need. The project development team will move forward with the roundabout as the recommended build alternative.
