McCoy Creek Bridge Replacement
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to replace the McCoy Creek Bridge on State Route 271 in Mendocino County with a new structure that has 12-foot lanes and 4-foot shoulders. The existing bridge was built in 1935 and has reached the end of its service life. The concrete deck is cracked and the timber supports are in various stages of decay.
