State Management Plan

The 2026 State Management Plan is a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) required document that provides for the administration and implementation of programs and policies of FTA programs in California.

The 2026 document has been updated, and we are asking for public comment on the draft. Please send in your comments by Friday, June 5th to Suresh Ratnam.
