FHWA CE Monitoring
Under the 23 USC 326 MOUs, the FHWA is required to periodically evaluate Caltrans performance. Performance is evaluated based on compliance with stipulations in the MOUs, FHWA environmental regulations and policies, and with requirements in environmental protection laws administered by federal resource and regulatory agencies. The following documentation has been prepared by FHWA and can provided by Caltrans upon request.
