Caltrans Construction Partnering Steering Committee (CCPSC)
The Caltrans Construction Partnering Steering Committee (CCPSC) was established in 1992 and re-established in 2006 to help Caltrans improve construction partnering. Sponsored by the chief engineer, chaired by the chief of the Division of Construction, and facilitated by the Partnering Program manager, the CCPSC is comprised of the deputy district director of Construction from each Caltrans district or region and selected industry representatives from Associated General Contractors of California, United Contractors, and Southern California Contractors Association.
Mission: Achieve success on Caltrans construction projects by maximizing partnering at both the project and program levels.
Vision: Embrace partnering as our way of doing business to enhance the safety, quality, and value of Caltrans construction projects.
Purpose: Demonstrate leadership throughout the construction industry by instilling a culture of partnering in the construction program. Achieve and maintain successful partnering relationships on Caltrans construction projects and work together to develop good practices to consistently improve the construction program.
