Applications for the 2024 NSTI program are now being accepted. Applications are due by 5:00pm on January 10, 2024.

Required Documents for Application:
In order to apply, you will need to read the NSTI Program Desk Reference Manual located above. This document will assist you in understanding your role and responsibilities in administering the NSTI program.
The Statement of Work (SOW) Application Instructions located above will assist you in applying for the program. It will discuss what must be included in your application for it to be deemed responsive.
The Sample SOW Application located above is a sample of a statement of work that was previously approved in a different region. This document will help you gain an understanding of how the SOW must be written in order to be deemed responsive.
Please ensure all required documents are included in your application to be deemed responsive.
