DBE Federal Program Resources
Caltrans is committed to an overall FHWA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 22.2 percent on its federal-funded projects based upon a race-neutral and race-conscious methodology. Caltrans’ Federal Transit Administration (FTA) DBE goal for FFYs 2023-2025 is 6.3%. The FTA DBE goal is expected to be achieved in proportions of 5.7% Race-Gender Conscious Measures and 0.6% Race-Gender Neutral Measures.
