SACRAMENTO – Convened for the first time in October 2022, the Interagency Advisory Committee (EAC) is a partnership among the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA), the California Transportation Commission (CTC), and Caltrans to help these agencies achieve meaningful outcomes in transportation equity, environmental justice, and equitable economic opportunities. The EAC provides guidance to support diverse and historically marginalized voices and communities, especially in transportation planning and programming.
