Notice of Final Environmental Document for SR-60 and World Logistics Center Parkway Interchange

The City of Moreno Valley (City), in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), will reconstruct and improve the State Route (SR-60)/World Logistics Center Parkway (WLC Pkwy) interchange. An Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Assessment (EIR/EA) has been completed for the project. Caltrans is the lead agency under both the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). A Notice of Determination (NOD) and a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) have been made for the project.

The final EIR/EA and supporting technical studies are available, for view and download, on the City’s website. Approved project documents are also posted on State Clearinghouse’s website. To request a copy of the EIR/EA, please contact Antonia Toledo, Senior Environmental Planner.
