Route 116 Bridge Railing Repair at Jones and Blucher and Gossage Creeks

Caltrans will begin a project in the spring, or summer of 2026 to replace bridge railings where State Route 116 crosses three creek in Sonoma County.  The creeks named Jones, Blucher and Gossage Creek

 

Ghilotti Construction will be the contractor on the $4.6 million project. It's likely that the contractor will work simultaneously on two bridges, however it's too early to tell which bridges those might be.  It will take 60 calendar day to complete the bridges.
