State Route 12 Roadway Rehabilitation
Project Location
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will begin construction on a roadway improvement project on State Route 12 (SR-12) near Suisun City in Solano County, from 0.2 mile east of Lawler Ranch Parkway to 0.5 mile east of Shiloh Road.
Project Overview
This project includes the following improvements:
- Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (RHMA) overlay
- Replacement of culverts
- Upgrades the bridge railings on Union Creek Bridge and Denverton Creek Bridge
- Installation of New median barriers
What to Expect
- Construction activities may cause traffic delays and intermittent lane closures throughout the project limits.
- Work will occur during both daytime and nighttime hours, depending on the operation.
- Motorists are advised to use caution and follow posted construction signage and reduced speed limits.
