Amtrak

  • Bicycle boxes are not available at the Santa Clara- Great America Amtrak station.
  • Onboard: You can bring your bike on the Capitol Corridor as carry-on baggage. You can check in your bike with a station agent or conductor.
  • Luggage: remove large bags from your bike before handing it to an Amtrak crew member. Go to the Bike Rider's Guide to Capitol Corridor page to learn more.

ACE

You can bring your bike aboard the Altamont Corridor Express. Look for the BIKE CAR sign affixed to the door locations of the car. Go to the Bike Rider’s Guide to ACE Rail page to learn more.

Caltrain

VTA

VTA buses are equipped with exterior bike racks that can accommodate up to three bicycles. Riders loading bikes in the rear of the bus may tag their Clipper card on the reader near the back door.
