How to add RW_WMS to ArcGIS Pro:
Data can be added as a Map service or WMS in ArcGIS Pro
To add as a map service, copy the URL into the “Add Data” button, and add it as “Data from a Path”
Copy either URL link from above and paste it to the address box as shown below:
