Dress for Success

At Caltrans District 4, equity is more than a value, it’s a commitment in action. Our Closet to Careers Dress Drive is a powerful example of how we support our communities beyond transportation. By collecting new and gently used professional attire, we provide jobseekers especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities with the resources they need to confidently pursue career opportunities.

This effort is part of our broader mission to promote access, inclusion, and economic mobility across the Bay Area. Through community outreach and collaboration, we are building bridges from hardship to hope, “one outfit, one opportunity at a time”.
