SOLANO COUNTY — Caltrans is scheduled to start construction work Friday, April 26 on the State Route 12/113 (SR-12/113) roundabout located between Rio Vista and Suisun City. The work will be performed mostly during the day. Changeable message signs (CMS) and flaggers will direct drivers through lane changes.
Caltrans is scheduled to make lane changes and reduce speed in the work area. Motorists are advised to slow down and follow the posted speed limit of 25 mph in the work area.
Changeable message signs and flaggers will be on hand to assist traffic during the daytime operations for work that requires lanes to be re-configured. Most of the work is scheduled to be performed between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, weather permitting and subject to change.
There will be intermittent night work with lane closures, one-way traffic control and detours. Caltrans will provide additional information regarding specific times and dates as it becomes available. All work is weather permitting. Motorists are advised to slow down and watch for lane shifts as they approach the work site.
