Contra Costa County — Caltrans construction has updated the scheduled closures for soundwall replacement on El Cerro Boulevard along southbound I-680. Full closures of the El Cerro Boulevard on-ramp to southbound I-680 in the Town of Danville will begin Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will continue daily, Monday through Friday, through September 18, 2026.

- Motorists traveling to southbound I-680 should use alternate nearby on-ramps, including Stone Valley Road or Sycamore Valley Road, asappropriate.
