Ramp, Lane Closures Scheduled Nightly on Northbound, Southbound US-101 for Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in Marin County

Schedule: Sunday, July 5 through the morning of Friday, July 10

Map location of where multiple lanes scheduled to be closed on Northbound, Southbound US-101 for Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in Marin County from Northbound and Southbound US-101 from Wornum Drive to Corte Madera Creek.

Marin County — Caltrans is scheduled to continue its Capital Preventive Maintenance project along Northbound and Southbound US-101.

Various lanes will be closed from Sunday, July 5 through the Friday, July 10. Northbound US-101 closures are scheduled from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and southbound closures are from from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next mornings.

The ramp closure schedule is as follows:

Sunday, July 5 to the morning of Monday, July 6: The Southbound off-ramp to Lucky Drive will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The Southbound on-ramp to Lucky Drive will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Monday, July 6 to the morning of Tuesday, July 7: The Northbound off-ramp to Sir Francis Drake and the on-ramp to Lincoln/Villa Avenue will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Tuesday, July 7 to the morning of Wednesday, July 8: The Northbound off-ramp to San Pedro Road will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Wednesday, July 8 to the morning of Thursday, July 9: The Northbound off-ramp to North San Pedro Road will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Thursday, July 9 to the morning of Friday, July 10: The Southbound US-101 on-ramp from Freitas Parkway will be closed from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. The Southbound US-101 off-ramp to North South Pedro Road will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Detour for Lucky Drive on-ramp closure for Southbound US-101

  • Continue on Tamal Vista Boulevard and turn left on to Fifer Avenue
  • Turn left on to Lucky Drive
  • Turn right onto Doherty Drive
  • Turn left on to Magnolia Avenue
  • Turn left onto Redwood Avenue
  • Continue on to Tamalpais Drive
  • Use the right lane to merge onto Northbound US-101

Detour for Lincoln Avenue ramp closures for US-101

  • Southbound: Continue south onto Lincoln Avenue and turn left on to Mission Avenue
  • Merge on to Northbound US-101
  • Northbound: Continue north onto Lincoln Avenue and turn right on to North San Pedro Road
  • Turn left to get onto Northbound US-101

Detour for North San Pedro Road closures on US-101

  • Northbound: Continue on to North San Pedro Road and turn right on to Los Ranchitos Road
  • Los Ranchitos road becomes Las Gallinas Avenue
  • Turn right on to Merrydale Road
  • Turn left on to Civil Center Drive
  • Turn left to merge on to Northbound US-101
  • Eastbound: Continue on North San Pedro Road
  • Turn left onto Civil Center Drive
  • Turn right to merge on to Northbound US-101
