Solano County — Caltrans Construction continues rehabilitation work on State Route – 12, On Monday, June 1, 2026, crews will start rubberized asphalt road paving. Paving the road with rubberized asphalt for a smoother, quieter surface.
Eastbound and westbound lanes of State Route12 will be subject to one-way traffic control. With one lane open at a time alternating directions of traffic through the work zone.

Weekend closures as needed
