The planned work includes toll lane and rolling lane closures, full closure of Stenmark Drive westbound I-580 on-ramp, temporary closures of multiple on- and off-ramps in both directions of I-580 in Contra Costa County This work is part of the ongoing I-580 Richmond–San Rafael Bridge Open Road Tolling Project, which is underway through Early 2027.
