Full Closure Canceled for Eastbound State Route 4 (SR-4) between Cummings Skyway on-ramp and Alhambra Avenue in Contra Costa County

Contra Costa County – Caltrans has canceled full overnight closures of all eastbound lanes on State Route 4 (SR-4) between the Cummings Skyway on-ramp and the Alhambra Avenue exit in the city of Martinez. Paving operations were completed ahead of schedule.
