San Mateo County ― Caltrans crews will continue to repair drainage on eastbound SR-92 at the “horseshoe curve” area south of SR-35 to prevent groundwater from seeping onto the road surface. Crews are undertaking vegetation management in the area and performing pavement, striping, and guardrail improvement work.

To enable the work, the eastbound right-hand lane (truck climbing lane) will be closed during the week at Pilarcitos Creek Road (Santa’s Tree Farm) through the horseshoe curve.

Lane Closure Schedule:

  • Beginning Monday, October 20, and continuing through the end of October, the lane will be closed from Mondays at 9 a.m. to Fridays at 5 p.m.
