Marin County — Caltrans has scheduled lane closures for a Capital Preventive Maintenance project on Westbound and Eastbound State Route 37 (SR-37) in between Atherton Avenue and the Petaluma River Bridge in Novato.
One lane is scheduled to be closed on Westbound SR-37 near the Petaluma River Bridge on Monday, July 28 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for guard rail work. One lane is scheduled to be closed on Eastbound SR-37 near the US-101 interchange on Tuesday, July 29 from 3 a.m. until 1 p.m. the next day for guard rail work.
One lane is scheduled to be closed on Westbound SR-37 from Wednesday, July 30 until Friday, Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guard rail work.
Also, one lane is scheduled to be closed on Eastbound SR-37 from Wednesday, July 30 until Friday, Aug. 1 from 6 a.m. until 1 p.m., also for guard rail work.
All construction Is weather dependent.
This capital maintenance pavement rehabilitation project involves paving and median barrier work in Novato. The project will grind and re-pave the roadway between the Ignacio overhead to the Petaluma River Bridge – a stretch of about three miles.
