Overnight Closures Scheduled for Webster Tube (State Route 61)

Monday, July 21 to Tuesday, July 22, 2025

Alameda County - Caltrans will perform overnight closures of the Webster Tunnel on Monday, July 21, 2025, and Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 10:00 PM to 4:30 AM each night for electrical work.

To ensure the safety of crews and the public, the Webster Tube will be closed Monday and Tuesday night from 10:00 PM to 4:30 AM. During this time, motorists are advised to use alternate routes and allow extra travel time.

Location: Webster Tube (Oakland to Alameda)

Dates: Monday, July 21 – Tuesday, July 22, 2025

Time: 10:00 PM – 4:30 AM (nightly closures)
