Marin County — Caltrans has scheduled lane closures for a Capital Preventive Maintenance project on Westbound and Eastbound State Route 37 (SR-37) in between Atherton Avenue and the Petaluma River Bridge in Novato.
One lane is scheduled to be closed on Westbound SR-37 near the US-101 split on Monday, July 21 from noon until 4 p.m. for striping work. One lane is scheduled to be closed on Eastbound SR-37 near the US-101 split on Tuesday, July 22 from 3 a.m. until 7 a.m. for striping work. Work will continue from Wednesday, July 23 to Friday, July 25 but will be performed behind K-rail without any lane closures scheduled.
All work Is weather dependent.
This capital maintenance pavement rehabilitation project involves paving and median barrier work in Novato. The project will grind and re-pave the roadway between the Ignacio overhead to the Petaluma River Bridge – a stretch of about three miles.
