Alameda County - As requested by Oakland Police Department, Caltrans will perform off-ramp closures on westbound Interstate 580 (I-580) to Lakeshore Ave exit and westbound I-580 to Grand Ave exit in Oakland, Alameda County. The closures are needed for traffic control and public safety during the Juneteenth Festivities scheduled in the City of Oakland.
Changeable message signs will be activated, and directional signs will be in place to assist motorists traveling in the area.
