Marin County — Caltrans has scheduled lane closures and intermittent ramp closures for a Capital Preventive Maintenance project on Westbound and Eastbound State Route 37 (SR-37) in between Atherton Avenue and the Petaluma River Bridge in Novato.
One lane is scheduled to be closed on Westbound SR-37 from Tuesday, June 3 until Friday, June 6 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for median barrier replacement work. One of those days for Westbound SR-37 may require a 7 a.m. closure for safety and environmental reasons.
One lane is scheduled to be closed on Eastbound SR-37 from US-101 to the Petaluma River Bridge from Tuesday, June 3 to Friday, June 6 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. for median barrier replacement work.
There is scheduled to be intermittent ramp closures at the Atherton Avenue/SR-37 interchange during that same time period.
All work Is weather dependent.
This capital maintenance pavement rehabilitation project involves paving and median barrier work in Novato. The project will grind and re-pave the roadway between the Ignacio overhead to the Petaluma River Bridge – a stretch of about three miles.
