Alameda County — Caltrans will temporarily close the Posey Tube (State Route 61) connecting Alameda and Oakland on the night of Tuesday, April 29, 2025, to perform electrical maintenance.

The Posey Tube will be closed overnight only and reopen by early morning. The tunnel will remain open during daytime hours.
