SOLANO COUNTY — Caltrans will be closing outside and right-hand turn lanes at several intersections along State Route 12 through Fairfield and Suisun City throughout the week of March 3.
These closures will affect SR-12 intersections at Beck Ave. and Pennsylvania Ave. in Fairfield, and Marina Blvd., Sunset Ave./Grizzly Island Rd., and Emperor Dr./Lawler Ranch Pkwy. in Suisun City. Each location’s lane closure will last a full workday.
This work is part of a larger project improving the safety of pedestrian crosswalks across Solano County. The lane closures are necessary to install the foundations for new overhead poles with luminaires.
