Update: No Work on Friday, Feb. 21
Flaggers will direct motorists during lane closures
Napa County- Caltrans has scheduled one-way traffic controls on State Route 29 (SR-29) just north of St. Helena within the Tunnel of Elms.
Nine days of tree maintenance work are scheduled daily, starting at 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, from Tuesday, February 18, 2025, through Thursday, February 28, 2025 within the Tunnel of Elms.
Work is no longer scheduled on Friday February 21.
For workers and public safety, crews will have one-way traffic control in place during the maintenance hours on State Route 29. During one-way traffic controls, crews will hold vehicle traffic to one direction at a time.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and exercise caution while driving in this area. All work is weather dependent.
