Napa River Bridge Preservation Project Weeknight Work Continues

One Lane Closures are Scheduled Monday to Friday Nights: Between 9:00 P.M to 9:00 A.M.

Map location of Napa River Bridge Preservation Project one lane closures.Solano County — Caltrans continues rehabilitation work on the Napa River Bridge on both eastbound and westbound State Route 37 (SR-37) near Mare Island in the City of Vallejo.

The work is scheduled for weeknights, Monday to Friday between 9:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M.

Update: No work scheduled for Friday July 26, 2024.

To ensure the safety of workers and motorists, one of two lanes will be closed on both the eastbound and westbound side of SR-37. One Lane will always remain open.

Work is estimated to be completed by mid-September 2024. All work is weather and scheduling dependent.

Caltrans is aware of the inconvenience and impacts the lane closures present to the traveling public and thanks the public for their patience as we work to enhance safety along both highways.

Please drive safely and slow for the Cone Zone for the safety of Caltrans workers and other motorists. Changeable message signs in the area are activated to assist motorists. Motorist should expect delays.
