Overnight Detours in Effect. Expect Extra Travel Time
SAN FRANCISCO - Caltrans has scheduled four consecutive overnight ramp closures on the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (SFOBB) on the Eastbound I-80 Yerba Island off ramp/exit for safety improvements on Monday, July 10 through Thursday July 13 from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
The lower deck Eastbound I-80 Yerba Buena Island off ramp/exit will be closed overnight with the following detour:
- Continue on EB 80 towards Oakland and merge to the left lane after the cone pattern
- Prepare to take the left side off-ramp via the Bay Bridge toll plaza service road
- Turn left onto the toll plaza service road
- Follow the detour signs to re-enter onto WB 80
- Exit the Treasure/Yerba Buena Island off-ramp to return back onto Treasure Island
