NAPA COUNTY- Caltrans will be implementing one-way traffic controls on State Route 29 (SR-29) just north of St. Helena within the Elm Tunnel.
Five consecutive days of tree maintenance work are scheduled daily, starting at 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, from Monday, February 27, 2023, through Friday, March 03, 2023, within the Elm Tunnel.
For worker and public safety, crews will have one-way traffic control in place during the maintenance hours on State Route 29.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and exercise caution while driving in this area. All work is weather and conditions permitting.
