Eastbound Interstate 580 Bayview Off-Ramp and On-Ramp TEMPORARILY CLOSED

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY – Beginning Wednesday September 14, 2022 Caltrans will temporarily close the eastbound I-580 Bayview on and off-ramps, in the City of Richmond, until mid-November 2022. 

Signage will instruct commuters to use the Regatta or Central on and off-ramps while the closures are in place.

Traffic Control Measures:
Changeable message signs will be in place to assist motorists traveling in the area. Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra time. Please drive with caution through the construction zone. Slow for the Cone Zone.
