Due to Daytime Sign Installation Work
Motorists Should Expect Delays, Watch for Detour

SAN FRANCISCO - Caltrans will be installing a new traffic control sign at the Vermont Street exit ramp along northbound U.S. 101 in San Francisco.

For public and worker safety, the following exit closure will be in effect:

• On August 22, Vermont St. exit will be closed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for the installation of a new traffic control sign. 

During the Vermont St. exit closures, motorists on NB 101 are advised to use the 7^th St. offramp and proceed to Bryant St.  Motorists will then take a right on to 6^th St, a right on to Brannon St., and a left on to 7^th St. Travel South on 7^th St. and continue to Mississippi St. Proceed down Mississippi St. and take a right turn on to Mariposa St. Drive down Mariposa St. and take a right turn on to Vermont St.

Travel on SB 101 should not be affected by the work while motorists using the detour on August 22^nd should expect delays.
