Overnight Closure-Road Repair Work
Starts  Monday, August 2 at 8:00 PM
Only one travel direction of State Route 37 will be closed at a time

SOLANO and SONOMA COUNTIES-  Caltrans will begin road repairs and sealing broken asphalt along State Route 37 (SR-37) starting at 8:00 PM on Monday, August 2, 2021 in Solano and Sonoma Counties. 

Most of the road work will be occurring during the weekdays on westbound SR-37 between Walnut Street in Vallejo and State Route 121 (SR-121) intersection in Sonoma County from Monday, August 2, 2021 to Friday, August 13, 2021 during the overnight hours of 8:00 PM -4:00 AM. 

Crews will be closing the eastbound direction of SR-37 from 10:00 PM-6:00 AM on various nights. Caltrans will provide additional information as it becomes available. 

During the westbound SR-37 highway closure, crews will also be closing the westbound SR-37 on-ramp from Walnut Ave/Mare Island in Vallejo starting at 7:00 PM-5:00 AM. 

Only one direction of State Route 37 will be closed at a time. 

Motorist traveling on the highway are encouraged to use State Route 121 and State Route 29 as alternate routes.
