Interstate 80/State Route 29 Bridge Replacement Project: Motorists to expect various lane closures on WB/EB Interstate 80 starting Wednesday, June 23, 2021 

SOLANO COUNTY- Caltrans Bay Area will be working on WB/EB Interstate 80(I-80) at State Route 29 (SR-29)starting on the Wednesday, June 23, 2021 as part of the I-80/SR-29 Bridge Replacement Project in Vallejo. Crews will be performing pre-construction work with placing temporary k-rails, re-striping, closing various lanes at times on I-80 at SR-29.

To perform this work, there will be nightly temporary lane closures on I-80: 
-WB I-80: Overnight lane closures will begin starting at 9 PM-4 AM
-EB I-80: Overnight lane closures will begin at 9 PM-6 AM 

Motorists are asked to be alert and reduce their speeds to 45 mph within the construction zone.
