REMINDER US-101 - Central San Rafael (Harbor Bridge Construction)
Friday, June 18, 2021 through July 2021
MARIN – Caltrans District 4 (Bay Area), will continue construction work on Stage 2 of the Northbound (NB) US-101 Central San Rafael off-ramp bridge (Harbor Bridge replacement) in Marin County. Starting Friday morning, June 18, the construction team will conduct pile driving work from 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
Additionally, on Sunday, June 20, starting at 11:00 PM to Monday, June 21, ending at 6:00 AM, the construction team will be doing a full off-ramp closure to change the off-ramp configuration to implement the two-lane configuration. This new configuration will provide for one lane to the new temporary bridge, and one lane to the existing off-ramp.
This two-lane configuration will remain in place until the end of July 2021, so that the construction team can continue work on Stage 2 of this bridge replacement project.

Beginning Sunday, June 20 at 11:00 PM to Monday, June 21 at 6:00 AM.
