Caltrans to Repair Pavement on State Route 116 
Between Sebastopol and Forestville
Two weeks of nightwork begins Sunday, June 20, 2021 

SONOMA COUNTY – Caltrans will repair pavement on a seven-mile stretch of State Route 116 from Mill Station Road near Sebastopol to Marinelli Road in Forestville. Work is scheduled to start Sunday, June 20, 2021 and take about two weeks to complete. Caltrans will work Sunday through Thursday nights, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Argonaut Constructors is the contractor on the project to rehabilitate areas of failed pavement on the highway. 

Caltrans will implement one-way traffic control in work zones.  Motorists should expect delays of about five minutes. 

Work crews will use a grinder to remove areas of cracked or broken pavement, Afterward the ground-out areas will be repaved.
