Overnight Lane Closures for Interstate 580 Westbound Offramp Near Interstate 80 Eastbound May 16-17, 2021
ALAMEDA COUNTY—Caltrans has scheduled to close the Interstate 580 offramp at Interstate 80 in Albany overnight on May 16 and 17 to repave the road, giving motorists a smoother ride.
Drivers heading from Oakland and Berkeley to Albany, Richmond and points north on I-80 will not be able to use the offramp to I-580 between the hours of 9 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. on May 16 and 17.
Detours will be in place with CMS signage to guide motorists. California Highway Patrol officers will also be onsite to maintain safety.
