San Francisco – Caltrans has scheduled overnight lane and ramp closures on U.S 101 (101) for drainage work. The roadway will be reduced to one lane on Northbound (NB) and Southbound (SB) 101 approaching Alemany Blvd each night starting Monday, September 14 through Saturday, September 19 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Additionally, the Alemany Blvd on ramp to NB 101 will be closed each night Monday, September 14 through Saturday, September 19 as well from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Also, the right lane of Westbound (WB) Alemany Blvd will be closed through October 2020 for follow up work after the Alemany and Bayshore Blvd intersection. Drivers are still able to access the Alemany Farmer’s Market via the center lane and southbound (SB) San Bruno Ave via the left (turn) lane.
Caltrans regrets any inconvenience as drivers and residents may experience some delays and noise. CHP and field workers will be on-site to guide and assist motorists. Drivers are advised to reduce their speeds approaching the project sites, plan ahead, and expect delays.
