San Francisco – Caltrans has scheduled overnight lane closures on U.S 101 (101) for drainage work. The roadway will be reduced to one lane on Northbound (NB) and Southbound (SB) 101 approaching Alemany Blvd on Thursday, September 10 and Friday, September 11 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. All lanes will be opened by Saturday, September 12 at 6:00 AM.
Additionally, the right lane of Westbound (WB) Alemany Blvd will be closed until mid September for follow up work after the Alemany and Bayshore Blvd intersection. Drivers are still able to access the Alemany Farmer’s Market via the center lane and southbound (SB) San Bruno Ave via the left (turn) lane.
Caltrans regrets any inconvenience as drivers and residents may experience some delays and noise. CHP and field workers will be on-site to guide and assist motorists. Drivers are advised to reduce their speeds approaching the project sites, plan ahead, and expect delays.
