Back in service after repairs
(Solano County)—The State Route 84 (SR-84) Real McCoy Ferry returned back in service Friday, June 12, 2020 after undergoing repairs in April 2020.
Caltrans regrets any inconvience for motorists and residents who use the ferry to access Ryer Island. COVID-19 made it challenging for Caltrans to access parts needed to complete repairs.
The Delta’s companion ferry, the SR-220 J-Mack Ferry is also running and can be used for crossings on demand 24 hours per day.
Caltrans thanks motorists, businesses and residents for their patience as we worked to get the Real McCoy back into service.
