San Francisco – Caltrans has scheduled overnight lane and full highway closures for barrier construction work next week in the overnight hours from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Northbound and Southbound U.S.101 (101) over the Alemany Deck from Monday, May 18 to Saturday, May 23, conditions permitting.
Drivers are also reminded that various lane closures on SB 101 north of Alemany between NB Vermont Street and Cesar Chavez also remain in effect.
Caltrans regrets any inconvenience as residents may experience some noise. CHP will be on-site to guide and assist motorists for the closures and detours. Drivers are advised to reduce speeds to 35 mph through the project site. Caltrans thanks you for your patience as we work to maintain our state highways.
