Sonoma County – Caltrans will close a far-right lane on northbound Highway 101 between Petaluma and Cotati on Monday,

The barrier will protect workers who will be repairing a landslide. Caltrans will stabilize the slope and install erosion protection to keep the hillside from sliding.

Work is estimated to last about one month, after which the concrete barrier will be removed.
