Caltrans Announces Service Changes to SR-220 J-Mack Ferry
Starting April 1, 2020
(Solano County)—Caltrans will temporarily reduce service on the State Route 220 (SR-220) J-Mack Ferry due to a staffing shortage of ferry captains.
SR-220 J-Mack Ferry will not operate some days out of the week but motorists can still use the State Route 84 (SR-84) Real McCoy Ferry, which provides service to Ryer Island and its visitors by crossing Cache Slough near Rio Vista.
SR-220 J-Mack Ferry will be closed on the following dates and times for the month of April:

The Delta’s companion ferry, the SR-84 Real McCoy operates the following schedule: crossings are scheduled every 20 minutes; on the hour, 20 minutes after the hour, and 40 minutes after the hour.
