Sonoma County—Caltrans is scheduled to perform overnight roadwork on State Route 1 (SR-1)near Bay Hill Road, Bodega Bay, Wednesday, September 11, between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, to replace culverts as part of the erosion repair project. Earlier this summer Caltrans began emergency repair work along SR-1 to address roadway erosion due to storm damage.
Caltrans will have one-way traffic control in effect to direct motorists. Motorists should expect three delays of up to 20 minutes each, between 12:01AM to 5:00 AM to allow for placement of culvert segments.
Emergency services and Caltrans have coordinated access through work zone as necessary during work hours.
