State Route 220 J-Mack Ferry Also Out Of Service

(Solano County) - The State Route 84 (SR-84) Real McCoy Ferry is out of service due to structural failure and will be out of service until approximately late November.

The Delta’s companion ferry, the SR-220 J-Mack Ferry, was taken out of service for repairs and federally mandated Coast Guard inspections in September. The J-Mack could be returned to service by late November. During the closure of the ferries, motorists are advised to use the SR-84 Miner’s Slough Bridge to the north of Ryer Island to access Ryer Island. The Real McCoy went out of service Saturday, September 28 due to structural failure in the hull.
