Overnight Paving Birds Landing Road Opening September 15
Solano County - Caltrans has scheduled overnight one-way traffic control at the State Route 12/113 roundabout near Rio Vista for four nights for paving, starting Friday, September 13.
The overnight paving work will be performed Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. The roundabout will be open at all times with one-way traffic control. Flaggers will be on hand to direct traffic.
The paving starts Friday, September 13 at 8:00 PM and continues through 8:00 AM Saturday. Work will continue from 7:00 PM Saturday, September 14 to 9:00 AM Sunday. No work will be done Sunday night. On Monday and Tuesday, September 16 and 17, work will start at 8:00 PM and end at 5:00 AM the next day.
Birds Landing Road to Open Sunday, September 15
Access to the roundabout via Birds Landing Road will be restored as of 12 noon Sunday, September 15. Birds Landing Road was closed to the roundabout earlier in order to accommodate construction on the roundabout.
The traffic lane configuration will be the same as shown on the map.
