84 Real McCoy Ferry July Update

Published:

SOLANO COUNTY–Caltrans has scheduled repairs to the docking piers of the Real McCoy Ferry on State Route 84 (SR-84) in July, and barring unforeseen circumstances, anticipates opening the ferry in late August. The ferry was closed in May for emergency repairs to the boat’s fire suppression system. These repairs are anticipated to be completed in July, though the ferry will remain closed for the repairs to the docking piers. The docking pier repairs are expected to be completed by the end of August, weather and other circumstances permitting.
