I-5-Maxwell Northbound Safety Roadside Rest Area Project
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project is proposed in Colusa County on Interstate 5 (I-5) at postmile R24.3, approximately 2.5 miles south of the City of Maxwell. This project proposes to improve the Northbound (NB) Maxwell Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) (15R0001R).
PURPOSE AND NEED:
Purpose
The purpose of this project is to extend the operational lifecycle of the existing NB Maxwell SRRA facility while also accommodating future traffic volume demands for the comfort station fixtures.
